Just a reminder: This IPO closes at 7am tomorrow morning, not the usual 12noon.
CRCT debuted with much interest too. Latest Edge issue lament about it's latest performance based on earlier forecast. Therefore no sure win REIT for this too. Take a cautious stand from my view :)
Allotted some placement shares. This IPO is very highly subscribed by institutional funds. It is a high valued REIT for returns. It is very well reported by the Edge this week-end. They even say the grey market is $1.50. One of those few IPOs which allow multiple applications. That means those allotted private placement shares can also apply for public placement once either via ATM or Internet application. Not to sure, so called up DBS Bank hotline and the officer confirmed so. So proceeded to try my luck for more lots via Internet application.
During this uncertainty period in stock market, such stock is safe bet.
Looks interesting. Can I subscribe with CPF money? Pls enlighten. Thanks.
