Placement Share

It can get pretty frustrating if u aim this IPO swee swee & applied for it. At the end of the day u didnt get any & the trading starts with a big bang !

Machiam like buying 4D but the number sold out, in the end open 1st Prize !

How to get it placement share through the distributor? Must I have an account with the distributor before I can get placement share from them?

Does anyone know how the balloting system work. What are the chances of getting the shares you apply? Apply for 1 lot of R H energy share but did not get it. Is it true that the more lot that u apply for the higher ur chances will be in getting the share. What are the chances of getting the share if u only apply for 1 lot only.. 

 

Maybe (placement share) nobody want such shares, can very easy get 10, 20 maybe 50 lots, think oso U or any one of us oso don want too.

i tink placement shares is for big players like instituition etc.. small fish like us wanna nibble 1 2 lots they will say don't waste their time lar. so conclusion is unless you tell them you wanna say 10,000 lots? :P

 

What are the ways to get placement share? How much is the placement share. Will the broker give u the placement share even though u are buying only 1 or 2 lot only.
