shoe factories closing down

I dun think the closure of these factories will impact HG much as most of HG business is in retail and distribution of its own brand as well as famous international brands in China. Its partnership with 3A Antonini only allow HG to distribute its brand within China premises whereas the 2nd partnership is currently pending whereby HG will help to design and manufacture Lumberjack for the Europe market. It seems to me that this partnership will not materialise if not will provide a greater opportunity for HG to expand into the Europe market

 

That is good news to Hongguo investors!!! HG can buy (cheap cheap) over all these factories instead of waiting for the expansion of up to 3.9m to be completed next year!!!

 

Some shoe factories in vietnam and china are closing down as the shoe tariffs are creating loss of orders from EU.
