So happy that Hiap Hoe finally made the privatization offer. Have been picking up Superbowl shares and waiting since May. :)

Both Hiap Hoe and Superbowl seems to be going up? Hiap Hoe up by 2.5 cents to 82c (staying above 80c) and Superbowl up by 0.5 cents to 74c.
if succeed, hiap hoe can sell the asset in pieces.
entertainment there has bowling,
estate there has properties and
they can sell or list the hotel also.
Another scenario is everything remain " status quo" . i.e. offer @75c failed + HH did NOT revise upward 75c-offer price n then offer lapsed, everything back to sq 1.
Then what happen? HH will plunge back to 70c+, SB back to 50c+. However OSK-DMG report take for granted that 75c-offer will go thru' & hence their TP 94c for HH.
OSK-DMG says HH worth =94c if succeed but they may be selling.... no one know. DYODD.

Takeover rejected??
Yes. If takeover failed at 75c, then HH may up offer, then SB px will go up.
Opposite view: If takevover go thru at 75c, then HH may hit 94c (as OSK-DMG report).
Can roughly tell by end of today, if vol of SB still v. low then more likely = fail takeover @75c. In which case it is advisable to do a switch from HH to SB holdings.
DYODD, can go either way.
I think they will increase the takeover

Superbowl is the cash cow of Hiap Hoe.
What is the chance of SB offer going thru at 75c? Yesterday only 5m shares done + today mere 0.5m, total about 1.5% of 325 issued capital. So takeover may fail.
If HH owned 70% can they buy another 20% to cross 90% mandatory delisting?
If takeover failed, then HH price? now 83c
If takeover failed, then SB price? now 73c vs RNAV est. $1.30, any comments pls.

when superbowl was at $0.50 , hiap hoe
was abt $0.70.
now superbowl is at $0.73, hiap hoe
should be abt $0.93.

Offer price 75c is super low. Hence SBowl is likely to open higher maybe > 80c tomorrow. Revised NAV > $1.30. But I don't know whether HH will be open down or up. Vested in both, more in HH.
