   Technically, it is a bit early to say that this stock begins to move upward. Only sign of that happening is that the price has crossed over the 20-day MA line. 



    MACD may not be reliable as the stock is basically moving side way for the past one month. However, what I am able to say more confidently is that there is support at the present level and downside risk appears to be limited.

 

I don't use MAs... From what I can see, this one has a healthy volume. But I think the price will be stagnant for a while.
