proposed placement price is 72 cts vs closing stock price of 74 cts. Hi chance to see some price movement.
will the Credence Fund raise its stake from open market? if so, then the stock price will go up significantly.

One of the Proposed Placement placees is Credence Fund of Koh Boon Hwee and will increase its stake in Halcyon to 13%.

This counter looking upward, MACD golden cross, Stochastic 66.67 (14), volume increase
4 days of conso and base forming on 28-Aug-13, 29-Aug-13, 30-Aug-13 and 2-Sep-13 .....
High 1.11 on 5-Jun-13 .....
Hopefully, will see an expansion breakout anytime soon .....
