What goes up will goes down eventually. In this case, what goes down will goes up again. Citi research always biased, not reliable. May have little effects on today price....

Recent IPO priced at US$1.01. Now this analyst said the
TP US$0.78.Perhaps due to the fact that the IPO is priced
much too high. Within such a short time frame, those allotted
the shares lost money. Very often you think that you are lucky
to be allotted the shares and can make money. This case you
are indeed very very lucky for not been allotted, haha
