My past experience is that they will not buy in from you anymore. You can only sell if they seek to be relisted. Ask your broker to help you call the comapany up and seek for understanding. Perhaps they might be able to help.

Re the Gul Tech offer/delisting I was overseas and completely missed this :(
I understand the deadline was Jan 9, 2013. So what happens if I missed this? Will Greenwich buy all outstanding shares or only those who send in the acceptance forms on time. |

The result is expected for Gul Technology during recession. It will take them another 2-3 years to reach back their normal production.

This stock is undervalued and has great potential to move upward and has posted good results even during the recession. It has 1 billion shares, but the amount that sellers are willing to sell on a daily basis only amounts to 200 lots. In otherwords it is a tresured stock which many have faith in. Sure money if kept for next 6 months- a hundered percent return is almost guaranteed. Gul will be bull when the bull run comes and it is a matter of time- not too far off.
