For Yellow Pages, you can do so at 'any time during the period commencing on and including the date of issue of the Warrants and expiring on the date immediately preceding the fifth (5th) anniversary of such date of issue'.
Information on how to exercise your company warrant here
Thanks for the website. I have a question.
As for the Yellowpage warrant, I just need to pay $0.175 to convert 1 lot of warrant to main share
Green liao-price,Today mark first day as Global Yellow Pages 46.5-47cts

Hit high 45cts...
At 44.5cts your theoretical ex-right price is about 23cts(10000x 0.445+25000x0.15) divided by 35000=$0.234 should be still ok as its Feb's low was 17cts,and given the 10000 warrants whose ex price over a 5 year period is 17.5cts I reckon the theoretical breakeven price shd be even lower, close to 17.5cts |

Warrants enable one to convert to mother shares,in this case each warrant entitle one to pay a subscription price of $0.175 to be given the mother shares. When listed on SGX the warrants can also be sold like shares as there are bid and offer price.
If say today U buy 10,000 shares( 5 for 2 rights at $0.15 with 2 free 5 year detachable warrants) U'll be entitle to buy at $0.15 for 25000 shares= (10000x5/2),hence your estimated cost after ex-rights ,theoretical should be (10000x$0.385+25000x$0.15)divide by 35000 shares ie $0.217cts,plus 5000 warrants free, hence your overall cost will be much lower
Assuming U buy at $0.385cts today's closing price, your 10000 shares became 25000 shares at $0.15 each is your rights entitlement and after ex rights on 13 Aug any market price >$0.21, U still make, normally co will push much higher than the current price 1 week or few days before ex.
To sum up your 10,000 shares became 35000shares(original 10000+25000rights shares) and 5000 warrants free, normally after ex market price will be higher than your theoretical ex-price of $0.217cts,in fact the latter should be even lower as you have 5000 warrants that can be sold in the open market, hence worth collecting now, given the bull market has just commenced
Because it is yellow in colour perhaps. Ha. ha.. ha...
