Coal mining IPO

This is my analysis on why it broke down today.

fair value is about 50 cents based on its reserve that SBD support its growth for next few yrs. n price of coal is already bottom. but let it plunge below 40. 35cents SBD be a good catch.

 

This is a coal mining business, will it like sakari? Only thing is STI is now in the correction, so timing may be not so good.

 

Hey, I have been scooting around for the past few days for geo energy topics in the net, but it has been only a few. Guess it is not an interesting counter due to its business model and comparing it to courts which launch almost at same time frame.

 

IPO at S$0.325 closing at 12:00 noon on 17 Oct 2012.
