iamsimone is rite. Definitely NO CASH PAYMT as company has got 0-cash to distribute (unless they use the 'injected' funds from Reliance - that will be the biggest joke in the century)! Cheers!

Hi bro Humulus,

from shareinvestor forum Dec 06:

"Jinwei, u r right.

If SGX does not accept AIM as primary listing and the company is obliged to de-list in Singapore, the company will make an alternative arrangement available for its Singapore Shareholders to be able to trade their shares within Singapore

The AngMo is very careful with wording. If he use WILL then he had to fulfil."

dont think cash payment; think will continue trade OTC in Singapore.

regards,

Iamsimone

The share consolidation will take effect from 9am on 21st Feb. They have requested to remove the trading halt with effect from 9am on 15th Feb.

They have been given notice by the Singapore Stock Exchange that, in view of its de-listing from the Official List of the London Stock Exchange, they are required to de-list from the Singapore Stock Exchange. A further notice on the date of de-listing and the arrangements that will be put in place for their Singapore shareholders to be able to continue trading in GeneMedix shares will be announced in due course.

It will be moving its official listing on the London Stock Exchange to the AIM (Alternative Investment Market) market on 12 Feb, and will effect the consolidation of its shares on the basis of 10 shares for one new consolidated share.

emea guideline for epo, effect 1july2006.

http://www.emea.eu.int/pdfs/human/biosimilar/9452605en.pdf

So it will easily takes beyond july 2007 or beginning 2008 to get approval if everything goes smoothly.

4.3 CLINICAL SAFETY

Comparative safety data from the efficacy trials are sufficient to provide an adequate pre-marketing safety database.

The applicant should provide at least 12-month comparative immunogenicity data pre-authorisation.

Retention samples for both correction phase and maintenance phase studies are recommended. For

detection of anti-epoetin antibodies, a validated, highly sensitive assay should be used

agreed hulumas. If not, new investor will not dump so much money into it. EPO biogeneric product is doable, look at the competitor pliva also facing the same problem. So difficult because of resistance from original drug maker, as they wants to protect their super expensive EPO and they do not want the generic to come to the mkt. also, biogeneric drug is very difficult to make, once u get it genemedix will be laughing all the way to the bank same as those vested...

Dear Ten4one,

I think other-wise!!!!!! If only I have billion, I shall invest purely into this single counter. Strong back up cash flow by Indian conglomerate group now ( Past financial status is no longer = Present financial status), long term growth prospect and tremendous over sold, under value stock, Also, last but not least  it is strong turn around restructured recovery stock  make me do so.

I've follow this counter closely for the past 3-4 years 'cos I was quite interested in their stories. After doing some hard-fact searches and confirmed that the Company was (and still is) in CASH FLOWS problems. At each and every Financial Year (since the day of listing in SGX) they're requesting for more capitals to fund their projects (they even have to sell-off their profitable China Operation!). Until now I've not put a single (sense) of my capital into this GErM.

BTW shares consolidation doesn't mean that it is an upgrading or px upgrading......NAIVE to think so! It could also mean that the southern runs would last longer. For those who want to put their money in. Please be extremely careful and take your time to find out more. Cheers!
