What do u mean by very careful? I have hear rurmour for the delist quite sometime ago already you have a point about 26 million shares to go for last 5% which take long time at this rate of buying back. Actually buying back with cautions by company without pushing its price up lead to what type of intention?

Share your advice & thoughts.

Infact the company buy back everyday without pushing it up. Very careful. Like today company buyback 200k shares market trade 250k. So some so player is also buying.

Guess ur r right. It now close to 85% oredi..and still buying. It just need another 5%. Then they can do voluntary delist. But at wat price? But 5 % also means another close to 26 million share. It there so many to collect. Looking at trading last few weeks. It seem other the company is buying. There are other buyers too.

Company shares buy back program is back. Parent company already have more than 80% and still buying back no one interested?

Delisting might be in the pipeline and nav is well above 66cents no one interested?

Golden cross on chart indicating price moving upwards no one interested?

GOLDEN CROSS SPOTTED, GET READY FOR PRICE UP.

Holding well price creeping up bit by bit everyday. GP ind is a very healthy stock not much speculation with good dividend constantly for past years. Price still undervalued est NAV 60cents may be delist anytime. Watchout............

Got their reports Parent company Golden Peak Industries (Holding) LTD CURRENTLY already accumlated and owns an 81.1% shares in GP ind!

These shareback by them is showing confidence and may lead to delisting GP ind rurmours to materialise. Afterall recent SGX reports of many counters sought delisting is in trench, and this apply to companies who is not in need of public funds, healthy finance background, very low activities in shares trading.

Not only that, GP has been constantly issued reasonable around 6% dividend yield. It is expensive to maintain to remain in listing, paying out unnecssary dividends to minority shareholders, hence delisting might be a good option.

Understood that Nav of this company stand between 66cents to 80cents (not very sure though), if really delisting proposal comes, hoping for a premium offer 20% above its nav! Lets keep fingers cross to oneday it actually happens. (These are my personal views)

Regarding this share buyback, hope there is someone has any update? Looks like dying off already :(  sign.............

Understand GOLD PEAK had since jun2010 accumlated huge percentage of this shares. What is the norm % for a offerer company will declare full takeover?

Would they have accumlate more than enough to make their full buyback for the rest in the market?

Where can I read their current buyback percentage n followup closely so to purchase a bit b4 their accouncement where it will soar and too late then. Pls advice.
