nta increase to 16.21 cents, but dividen remain the same 0.03 cents even company eps is 2.2 cents...time to eat durian for me even company prospect look great....because co never give Special dividen.. will keep in my radar ..

Hope for at least one cent dividen end of july...
The mgt need to stop buying due the release of fy result end of the month...hope will continue to buy more and share buyback next month...price around 52weeks low....
GKE gave 1 cent in 2011 and 0.3 cents in 2012 even profit dropped..this time round with eps at least 4 cents, hope mgt can give more to share holder.....hope
GKE- rolling pe 3.2 eps 4.3 cents, nav 14 cents, near 52 weeks low . CEO bought 2000 lots in march/april around 15 cents and company buy back around 2000 lots in feb between 15-16-cents, i like their plan for expansion with the acquisition of property at pioneer walk. I looking forwards for a dividen around 1 cent and hope for some special dividen when result out in end july 2013. Just invested for result play...study more before invest..good luck
