I am wondering why too..... Is it because ppl have already collected and waiting to sell to Auric. Anyone share more info....
seems attractive, but vol low leh??.
Auric offers at 55c per shares. Buy Buy Buy.....
It moves up 3 bids today.... will watch this closely
Auric maybe controlling the price?
This counter used to give good dividend.... unfortunately.. it is no more making good profit ... after the change in major shareholder.....

I wrote to the chairman for a "venture business" to fight with breadtalk, but they don't give a shit "yet", haih... i bit disapppinted.. will try harder..
maybe i turn to breadtalk at the end..
One thing that I could not understand about this illiquid stock is that the buyers are strong to hold 42c. Everytime when it is cleared, new buy queue surface to top up what was clear. The buy queue at close was a strong signal.
Can I say something might be brewing judging by the movement from 40c upwards. THose losses and weaker result had already been factored in already.
This guy suffered from losses in China operations... hopefully Indonesia is profitable...

Support at 42 is strong as sell in size of 100 - 150 lots have been well absorbed.
Since it drops to 40c and now back to 42c, i take a look at the trade distribution and volume. Volume is increasing slowly and the trade size are big. Anyone know something brewing with our foodcourt operator?
Vic, What do u mean execution issues?
Armor Capital Management, LLC selling on 7 Dec 2007.
I would keep away from share trading below 200 MA.
Chin Chye numbers are disappointing....... Don't know why they have execution issues.
Woo... What is happening to this stock.. ?? Keep falling, today 50cents resistance has been broken and now it is trading at 54 week lowest at 46.5cents!!!

ROI25per, the dividend yield is indeed getting higher and higher.. haha.. cos the stock price is getting lower and lower... any news?
dividend yield getting higher each day.
Vol surged before closing back down at 60.5 cts (up 1 cts) yesterday. Possibility of funds or insider buying in?
Not the usual punting type of stock but at curent prices levels the dividend yield is > 7%. Definitely much more worth-while than FD.
Opening of FJ foodcourt in Beijing Financial Street..

Vic,
Whats ur opinion on the closing of the Heifei FJ?
This is the 2nd FJ that they closed... first one in JB , now in Heifei....
Dunno if they learn the lesson from JB incident... but must admit this stock is super defensive.. and pays good divy... but end of yr.. the lost on Heifei will be reflected in the FS.. might have some neg effects on the price.. unless the earnings at Beijing is able to overcome it...
Cheers,
Anything.

I am sure they will pass it to the consumer. Thats for sure.
They termed these as Value-Add-> esp Air Con, Good Lightings, Clean, Enuff seats, Enuff cleaners to dispose waste, Stall Varieties and the list goes on.
I am still a hawker centre person coz the stalls that sell my favorite chai png (3 vegs + rice for 2.00SGD) and kopi peng (0.80SGD) has been there since donkeys years.
