after result announcement..discuss to friends wether to sell tis counter?they mention that ..is good to include the property in report althought the result is not that good..the main project with keppel land n local company is launching soon..everyone already know the result n share stay at 21 cts..the up coming wil more good new than bad...so...lock it in save box...
the sale of tianjin property phase 1 that low ..til i cant belive it...the villa sold below $100k per unit?(base on turnover from propery..83villa and golf operation) why they cant launch here?i no mind to buy 2 units at so low price...for sure tis wil shake out sme invester...since they cant do well there why not they back o homeland to take up sme project here?tis dragon.................. n previos dragon stil the same....like shit.
