178, didnt short it today.. though it really open at a discounted price, it look quite risky to short on this one today. Quite alot of buy up too... closed at 0.18 today, almost 20% off its IPO price already...
9lai, many amah, akong, apply for it because it is among the few affordable ipo in the last few years.
So don't short leh! lest they heart-attack how.

0209 GMT [Dow Jones] Dynamic Colours (D6U.SG) may fall below IPO price of S$0.215 (7.7X historical P/E) when it makes its debut on SGX tomorrow, joining other recent new listings as investors hold back buying amid market uncertainty. "The market is bad. There're no quotes," says local house trader, referring to lack of interest in gray market. Investors may also be watchful of firm's ties with plastic components maker Fu Yu (F13.SG), which accounted for 10% of its total 1H07 sales. According to IPO prospectus, Fu Yu owes company US$3.5 million and Dynamic Colours' cashflow, profitability may be affected if creditor banks take legal action against Fu Yu for unpaid debts. Five letters of demand served on Fu Yu in October, claiming payment of S$20.9 million, MYR16 million. China and Singapore-based maker of colored compounded resins, packaging materials offered 64.5 million new shares in IPO. Plans to use S$12 million net proceeds to fund building of warehouse, buy equipment, upgrade production facilities, boost R&D, repay bank loans. Balloting results due later today. (FKH)
