Wow, thanks for the very insightful sharing moneycow!
I guess it helps to hear it from someone who had been following the company a while ago rather than picking up analysis from where I come from. Really appreciate it, now I may just keep it on radar but keep my cash intact.

Holders are and must be hopeful. BUT many a times will get disappointed in the end.
It was like that, it will be like that always (it seems)
BUT wish all its longer term holders best of luck and may your wishes and dreams of it become true.
Got nothing against it - but just sharing the frustration of being its shareholder once upon a time not so long ago.
TA and fundamental doesn't count for all stocks. That are historical facts.

Hv abserve this company for a while. Hit $0.47 in yr 2010 & share price keep going downtrend & never climb ups.
Despite good news now & then..this stock is not performing.

Lousy in terms of performance - no comment.
BUT the very fact remain is that it is never shareholder oriented.
Meaning and its a fact based on past experiences - It always talk about revenue increase but never give share with shareholders the benefits.
Its tantamount to - " hey , I make a lot of money" with your money, but i am going to keep it.
In that sense its lousy - that what i meant. There is no point in buying its share and hold for the long term as there is very little or no benefits besides on standby, in case they need more cash for new ventures or projects, they will hand you new rights share. Like a god father or sucker.
Have been holding for quite long in the past, due to the above mentioned reason - got out. No point of holing and hearing good announcement , good profits and good revenues thats about all the good. BUT there was never a time that it makes it shareholder happy bu sharing the profits. However they will proposed employee huge bonus........to be approve by shareholders.. via EGMs, AGMs...................
Ya no doubt always lots of good news, announcement...making profits , increase revenue.........new contracts BUT where are the shareholder's benefit ?
Just hoping that its " general good news announced" and hoping its share price will go up...............just hope and hope but all lost hope and ends up with another disappointment................thats what I meant by " lousy. In general, internal and revenue.........contracts its ok ...lousy in taking care of its pay masters............. :)

I think it is unfair to consider DMX a " lousy" company based on " big revenue tiny profits" . If so, many companies listed worldwide would be considered " lousy" .
You have to take into consideration that this company essentially comprise two separate business divisions, the ICT and digital media. While it is industry knowledge that system integration is a capital intensive business, it would be a shame to neglect the contributions of the digital media. Trading at 0.48 P/BV, P/E of less than 10 and more importantly, EV/EBITDA of less than 4, I consider this a deeply undervalued company more than a " lousy" one.
Just my two cents worth.
lousy company - big revenue tiny profits. such company needs to collect alot of cash than make profits. If revenue falls in future it will report lost.............
wow, near 52 week low now, someone pushing the price down to collect?
third quarter results were only released after market.

No idea at all but something " fishy" .
As per Bloomberg, next earnings announcement likely to be this thurs 09 May and
xd(div SGD 0.003 or S$3 per 1000 share) is the next day Fri 10 May.
Seems like - could be very good results or news coming and insiders could have moved
ahead of news.
