Chip Eng Seng Corporation  announced that the Group has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, CES-Queen (Vic) Pty Ltd in Australia and CES-Queen has entered into a Contract of Sale to purchase a commercial building at 150 Queen Street , Melbourne , Victoria . The purchase price for the commercial building is A$25,500,000. (Close: S$0.365, +1.39%)

Chip Eng Seng unit appointed main contractor in Pasir Ris EC project



 

Chip Eng Seng Corp. says wholly-owned subsidiary, CES Engineering and Construction (CESE), has won the job as main contractor for the Pasir Ris Executive Condo project at Pasir Ris Drive 1/Elias Road. The EC development is a 40% and 60% joint venture between CEL Development and Choicehomes Investments respectively.
