China paper is safe, oredi delcare their honest result and dividend. can chosen cash as dividend, if not in scrip in replacement of cash (Cash with option to elect scrip dividend)

China International kanna HALT just now and it also incorported in BERMUDA! What wrong with this company? Hongxing and Hongwei kanna suspended liao, now china international turn. All 3 incorported in BERMUDA! Strange.
