Why are ppl still interested to debate on this? Lol... must be too much money into this shipwrecked counter..
If u r the new boss or big investor in this company,u know that alot of people cant wait for them to resume trading so that they can cash out.
I m very sure that they will push up the price if trading resume to deter people from selling.
Just my thought,i might be wrong.

China Gaoxian is a scam company. The CEO has pocketed all the money and if this is true then of cuz he can gurantee the funding of the hua xiang project personally. From the report by PwC, it seems that way. Becareful of sinking further into this blackhole.

China Gaoxian Fibre seeks SGX extension to finalise resumption of trading proposal

Singapore-listed China Gaoxian Fibre Fabric Holdings Ltd on Tuesday said it is seeking an extension of time from the Singapore Exchange (SGX) to finalise and implement the proposal with a view to resume trading of its securities.
The group has submitted a draft proposal.
The company's shares have been suspended since March 2011 after its auditors, Messrs Ernst & Young, could not verify nor confirm the bank balances in its subsidiaries for the financial year ended December 31, 2010.
According to Rule 1304 of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, the company is required to submit proposal(s) to SGX-ST with a view to resume trading of its securities within 12 months from the date of suspension.
I saw from SGX website that Gaoxian has submitted proposal for relisting. Becaz under SGX rules, companies suspended for more than 12 months has to submit proposal for relisting to be considered. Do check the website and correct me if I'm wrong.
