Their directors stayed in Rasa Sentosa and the buffet spread there come free,hence they hold AGM there..I was luck to sell off at 78cts many ears ago..my sis got stuck,no chance to recover liao..avoid S chips-Cosco ,JES,sinotel,etc

Car booming in China? This company seem no news or anything that can ignite the stock. Bought few years ago at high but now seem already written off in my book.

One factory makes big profit is better than few factories who do not make money at all:)

| Today AGM 20April at Rasa Sentosa ...only shareholders including me attended( i am a proxy for my sis who was stuck with this shares-CAE)..CAE has on 9Feb 01 qnnounced sale of its entire automotive connector and wiring harness business to a listed co in Shenzen,Shenzen City Deren City Electronics for approx 482,858,000 RMB which will enhance shareholders value maybe in the form of cashback,subject to shareholders,SGX and Shenzen bourse approval..more concrete data expected in July according to CFO Peter Cheong,...chairman Wang LaiSheng state the sale proceeds maybe used to " reward " shareholders..I expect if successful the " rewards" will only materalised next year..long suffering shareholders may have to wait again..lucky to have sold off 150000 80-80.5cts when it was RTO and relisted as CAE in 2009 |

The Causcasian GM had resigned 2 years ago..no wonder he kept selling the shares when it was 16-18cts

Chinastar U are the only loyal supporter of CAE....U must be holding a large holding..can disclose wad price U bought....I was interested becoz I was lucky to sell off 200lots when it was relisted at about 80cts....heng if not today would have lost a lot on this counter...CAE considered my lucky star..hence I am still interested having bought again when it was ab 11cts..but not moving liao...major shareholder also selling
