CapitaRetail China Trust announced today net property income (NPI) of RMB114.7 million ($22.8 million) for 3Q 2011, up 21.7% compared to the same period last year. Income available for distribution increased 12.3% year-on- year to $14.6 million.

Gross revenue in 3Q 2011 increased to RMB179.0 million, up 21.6% over 3Q 2010. This was mainly due to the consolidation of revenue from the acquisition of CapitaMall Minzhongleyuan higher occupancies achieved in CapitaMall Qibao and CapitaMall Xizhimen rental growth in CapitaMall Xizhimen, CapitaMall Wangjing, CapitaMall Saihan and CapitaMall Wuhu as well as higher tenant sales registered across the portfolio’s multi-tenanted malls.

YTD 2011, gross revenue and NPI increased 14.6% and 15.5% respectively year-on-year to RMB499.0 million and RMB329.5 million respectively, driven by the acquisition of CapitaMall Minzhongleyuan and rental growth, higher occupancies and higher tenant sales achieved in the portfolio’s multi-tenanted malls.

This counter suppose to go up as the trend is there but the market went opposite,,,,....

 

I was also monitoring this stock since last few days and try to buy in at 1.54 in the morning but lucky was busy with other counters...

 

Now the stock had retreat 5%!!!! have to revaluate it again... As per the chart.... SUPPORT is 1.41 and go in price will be??? can't make up my mind to give any value....

 

Pls take note if tonight performance by D.J is not good... remember the support and if it breached.... play the other way....

TA is fine... no extreme direction to go up or down.. you can look at the chart itself..

but looking at all the directors buying at 1.28.. i think potential to go up is there..

keep for long term ba... the risk is lesser than others..

Looks attractive now? Wonder can jump back to 1.50 ~ 160 range??

aiya, so many people take profit all lady,run up till 1.65 then kena short gun down.

looks like 1.50c is the next support??//// : )

 

I also entered at $1.33 after knowing that a few directors bought. Should have bought more :)
