Don't understand why the unit price has gone up so fast in the last few days.
CapitaRetail China Trust
announced that about 59.8 million new units have been successfully placed, raising gross proceeds of about
S$70.0 million to finance the acquisition of New Minzhong Leyuan Mall. The balance of the costs of Acquisition will
be funded from a draw down from CRCT’s existing debt facilities. The issue price of S$1.17 per New Unit
represents a discount of approximately 3.2% to CRCT’s adjusted volume weighted average price of the existing
units in CRCT. (Closing price: S$ 1.22)

Its record high is above $3. Current price still looks cheap..............
Moreover if capitalmallasia move higher Up, it may help propel CapitalRChina high Up as well..............
Cheers.
Strong retail sales from China will propel this to higher heights, cheers!

Looks like breaking $1.30 next week....possibly testing its recent high of $1.50 soon...cheers...
Looks like it is trying to play catch up...if so then plenty of upside still to come

it has recovered 20% since touching a low of $1.02 in the lead up to CMA IPO. ready to go higher.
Capitamall cheong today. CRCT still very quiet : (

Can anybody remember what is the IPO price? I am still holding and have forgotten the IPO price
CapLand was trading around 1.2x P/B prior to the announcement of CMA’s listing plan. At S$1.98/share - S$2.39/share, CapLand is asking 1.45x - 1.75x P/B for its 30% stake sale in CMA. Our channel checks reveal that the IPO has been well received with an indicative pricing on the high side. IPO might be eventually priced around 1.6x P/B in our opinion. We are currently evaluating CMA’s valuation.

This will certainly give a boost to caprchina. If CMA is valued at 1.6x BV, caprchina at 1.6x BV is $1.80. 60% upside.
Price is falling due to reduction in stake by The Capital Group. Accumulate in weakness. At $1.03 trading at almost 8% yield, and below NAV of $1.12.
