Market sentiment is getting better .....
Anything that is too good to be true....most likely it is...hahaha!
Anyway, if they keep on swinging the Bullshit, I'm sure some will strike and the 'STINKS' will come later! Cheers!

Class are bull shit. I don't need that.
I know when to let go and when to buy it. I have my secret formula.

This GEM will hits $1.50 soon, before further upside...

Report from CIMB.
Bnyan Tree is trading like a distressed stock on concerns over a potential slowdown in luxury leisure travel with the market only attaching value to its hotel operations butfully discounting its property sales, spa and other operations.
We believe downside risk is limited as the stock appears to have more than priced in a demand drop to post-tsunami levels. It is on track to triple its room keys to over 7k by 2010.
We have reduced our FY08-09 earnings estimates by 11-15% to reflect expectations of flat Rev Par and a 30% decline in property unit sales but raised FY10 estimate by10% to capture an expanded room-key pipeline.
Maintain Outperform and sum-of-the-parts target price of $2.60. It is the cheapest luxury hotel operator in Asia on an EV/EBITDA basis and offers niche exposure to the Middle East and China.
Incidentally MS Capital was also BanyanTree's stabilizing agent during their IPO. A good Company with a great brand. Will definitely benefit with the IRs and F1 coming to Singapore. Have vested since IPO! Cheeeeeeers!
It means that fund managers running index funds that mirror the Morgan Stanley Capital index need to include the stock in their portfolio.
So what does this imply? Pls enlighten. Thank you.
Business Times, dated 10 May reported that Banyan Tree Holdings will be included as a component stock of the Morgan Stanley Capital Index by 31 May.
