This one, how come no buyer ? Surprise ! But it is a gem waiting to be polished. Buy now when it is still cheap.

 

 

Last year after tax profit is S$16.x million ! Where to get this profit and declare dividends. FYI.

Placement, by HG metal for this counter is set at S$0.135, and all taken up. Thus at S0.14 is cheap !

BRC is worth investing in definitely, with the increase in BTO from HDB and contruction projects as projected by BCA (HDB projects forms a large portion of their revenue, you can research and find this out for yourself), its definitely one to hold.

 

However, for HG metal, i would exercise caution. Their financial figures are in shambles and the recent change in management have not came out with any substantial plans that gives a clear indication of the future of the company.


 

 

If this counter is so good at the moment, does it mean that HG metal will be better in long term? Since HG metal is currently at around it's post "reccession price" at 0.12 per share... Think it got potential also...

 

Directors buy 3million shares at S$0.185 ! FYI. Good Luck.

 

Seems opposite direction leh, shoot down. The only up is with dividend. The placement out from HG metal is done at S$0.145. Anyway may try to see this counter after the CD or DVD is over ! Good Luck.

 

Recommanded buy.. probably to shoot up next week :)
