It said it is being sued by a former director and chief executive, Kwok Kah Kie, over its planned acquisition of 53.5% of Industrial Engineering Systems Pte Ltd for $3.75m.
Kwok wants the courts to stop the company and its directors from going ahead with the acquisition, from incorporating Central Role Enterprise Ltd and from placing out 24m new shares, Integra2000 said.
The case will be heard next Wednesday, it said. The company said it was taking legal advice.

Proposed to acquire 53.5% stake in Industrial Engineering Systems (IES) from Ipco for $3.75m cash. If the net profit for 1 Sep 06 to 31 Aug 08 is < $2m (Profit Warranty), Ipco shall make good to Integra any difference between the Profit Warranty and the net profit.
Integra has incorporated a new subsidiary named Central Role Enterprise Ltd (CREL). It intends to acquire a balanced portfolio of production, exploration and development oil & gas properties, on its own or in partnership with industry players. It has been allocated $4m.
It will issue 24m new shares at $0.1228 to 3 individuals. The proceeds will be used for future acquisitions in the oil & gas sector. It has a warchest of $10m after selling i2k.
