Management is Accountable to generate PROFITS and OPERATIONAL CASH.

When management is unable to generate PROFITS and OPERATIONAL CASH,

it is Time to CHANGE them.  [Hokken say "EAT WASTE RICE"]

It is ABSOLUTELY WRONG to allow them to ask for MORE MONEY.

This is because management is Complacent, Incompetent, Negligent, Exuberance [CINE] when PROFITS and OPERATIONAL CASH are NOT generated.

They are CINE with Other People's Money [OPM].
