Adventus is in discussions with a party to conclude a Sale & Purchase
Agreement in respect of a possible acquisition of assets relating to the
Commodities and Minerals Resources business which Adventus, by
shareholders’ approval dated 29 July 2009, has expanded into. This
acquisition is in the ordinary course of carrying on the Commodities and
Minerals Resources business. The negotiations of the terms for this
proposed acquisition, while fairly advanced, have not as at the current
time, been agreed on by all parties.
