Result isn't good. Revenue and gross profit both down (But net profit somehow managed to go up, huh?). If you do some simple maths, you'll find that even the net profit has gone down from the previous 6m.
This statement comfirmed my SELLING today! Disappointing!

The Group is not considering shareholder dividends in the current financial
year, the group will invest more in research and development cost about
Telecom Application Solutions and Wireless Coverage solutions, to gain an
advantaged status and to make a more stable base for the Group develop
business in the future.
Results not fantastic, though future looks promising, do trade with care....

China's 3G licences may be issued after 2008 Olympics

Beijing - China is likely to issue licences for third-
generation, or 3G, mobile phones, only after a restructuring of its
main service providers, the state-run Shanghai Securities News said on
Thursday, possibly delaying the start of 3G services until after the
2008 Olympics.
The leading provider, China Mobile, is expected to gain fixed- line
services under the restructuring, which is not scheduled to begin until
October, the newspaper said.
The government approved the use
of US and European standards for 3G mobile phones earlier this month,
making it the only country to use three standards.
In
addition to the Chinese-developed TD-SCDMA standard, the Information
Industry Ministry's approval would also see Europe's WCDMA and the US
CDMA2000 standards used, Chinese media reports said.
Earlier
reports had said 3G licences would be issued in time for 3G services to
be operating for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.
The first licence was expected to be for TD-SCDMA, which China developed along with Germany's Siemens, analysts said.

As this counter has high potential, buy on dips! Support at 0.2
Not sure if it ture.....someone is pushing this to at least 30cts and above in the short term. May go higher if there is stronger support... and the motive for this is that they might be preparing for a placement at around 10% - 15% discount to 30cts+...Currently, they are deliberately letting the volume build up each level to make it more convincing.

? REVENUE SHARING WAY TO GO FOR ACE ACHIEVE
Further to an article on Ace Achieve Infocom Limited (the ?Company?) titled
?Revenue Sharing Way To Go For Ace Achieve?, published in the Business
Times on 1 June 2007 (?Article?), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to
clarify on the following statements in the Article :-
1. ?Mr. Deng says prospects for the industry in general are rosy, and he
expects 2007?s full year revenue and profits to outshine the previous
year?s?
As highlighted in the Company?s Unaudited Half Year Results ended 31 October
2006 announced on 15 December 2006, the Group?s earnings during the first half
of the financial year ended 30 April 2007 (?FY2007?), have increased by 13%.
The RMB75.6 million new orders secured during the 3 months from 1 June 2006
to 31 August 2006, as announced on 12 October 2006, has also been realized
during the second half of FY2007.
Based on the above 2 factors, the Company expects the revenue and profits for
FY2007 to outshine the previous year?s.
2. ?He estimated that contracts secured from the setting up of the 3G network
will come to 10 per cent of revenue by end-2008?
In order to meet the communication needs for the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008,
the 3 major telecommunications operators in the People?s Republic of China,
China Mobile, China Telecom and China Netcom, has already started on the
construction of a 3G network, of which China Mobile and China Netcom has
already carried out invitations to bid for their programs. The Company has won
the bid for the 3G Wireless Solutions Program for China Mobile and China
Netcom and has also participated in their trial service held in Xiamen, Qingdao,
Guangdong, Baoding, etc. The Company?s products operated very well during
the trial service.
Based on the current trial scale and the Company?s market planning, the
Company is judgmental that the income generated from 3G will contribute up to
10% of the Group?s revenue by end 2008.

Most china stocks are cheonging and this mustn't be left out, all the catalysts to make this counter cheong are in place(remembering that PRC 3G roll out and expansions) for AA.
