3 Things To Watch For

Many REITs gap up strongly yesterday after the shocking surprise of the QE decision made by the Federal Reserve as they decided not to have QE tapering.

Firstly, AIMSAMPI Reit also turned bullish on the news and rose above the 50-day moving average during the day. As the 50-day moving average is typically used as an indicator for mid-term trend, a successful break above this 50-day moving average might mean that this stock can be bullish for the next one to three months.
Secondly, since June 2013 till now, AIMSAMPI Reit has been moving lower in a downtrend channel. However, the downtrend channel has been broken due to the price action this week.


Lastly, the 10-day moving average has been a good short-term indicator for entry and exits points for AIMSAMPI Reit. Investors can consider going long when price is above the 10-day moving average and placing a stop-loss if the price breaks below the 10-day moving average, which currently is around $1.47.    ...last: $1.51...

AIMS is now making a strong rebound... broken resistance at 1.425 to close at 1.445... will continue to drive till 1.52 cents... initiate long position at 1.42 cents

I don't think anything fundamental has changed. the support I think is .139. I also vested and will average down. 

  The yield looks more and more inviting.. now trading below NAV. Good gearing.. fundamental on par if not better then the other industrial reits.

AIMS is not undervalue base on NAV.

Hi. I have decided to invest in REITS after vesting on other stocks the past 2 years. Budget: 30k. Been  Cache and Cambridge research reports by DBS. But could not find any reports on AIMS. Is there any finance inst recommending a BUY rating on AIMS?

AIMS AMP Capital Industrial Reit will be investing S$25.4m to redevelop its property at

103 Defu Lane
10. The redevelopment will transform the site into a high value six-storey industrial facility. Gross floor area will more than double to 202,901sf from the current 97,367sf. It is also expected to triple the value of the asset to S$42.6m from its current value of S$12m. Boustead Projects Pte Ltd has been awarded the contract to design and build the 202,901sf industrial facility which is expected to be completed in May 14. (Source: The Business Times)
