May want to look at this counter......possibility to recover to its IPO price.
Difficult to predict the share price at this moment because of commodities.
The counter is actively traded today, what is next target 25 cents , then 30 cents?
I believe LC Development easily reach $0.30 today...... Good luck for those vested this share !

sorry for a noob question but i read in their website that they are building a hotel at changi airport... anyone can tell me why ? thought that most hotels should be at central area. Does a hotel next to the airport make sense ?
To me, the techs do say there is a likelihood of an upmove. Yes, the market sentiments may be bad, but that doesnt mean all 800 or so stocks on the S'pore exchange will plunge together.
Of coz I don't rule out a potential for it to fail to move up. That's where the stop loss at 43.5c comes in.
Nothing is ever certain in the stock market. :-).

I agree. From TA viewpoint I see quite a few bullish factors in its favour.
Clue: look at the chart pattern, candlestick OHLC, MAs, volume, previous support and resistances, and the upper trendline linking the previous peaks.
If it breaks thru 47.5c, big ride up. Cut loss pt at 43.5c.
looking technically...LC Dev looks to poise upwards...it will be more credible if it breaks $0.475
Dont you see certain counters are recovering ?
Development and construction is a very good investment when the economy is booming .....
Today, LC Dev is cheonging though market's jittery and almost every counter is down... why?

I would say hold your guns first.
Current price facing resistance @ 0.45 with indicators showing more downside.
Wait for it to pull back 0.40 would be more appropriate.
If 0.40 can't hold, A much better bet would be 0.34.
Just some non-vested opinion.
Prices dropped on opening to touch MA(8) before bouncing off it with drying volume. We've seen this before ... can't predict when the price will surge but one thing is for certain - the stock is behaving as predicted. I'm on alert to trade the share upwards as it surges.
