Bigger bite of the Chim Sao pie

(Upgrade to Buy  from Hold)

Price Target : 12-Month S$ 2.75

At current price level, Ezra is trading at a more attractive 11x FY10 PE.
We upgrade Ezra to BUY with a 28% upside to our new TP.

Positive catalyst realised. As expected, Ezra has emerged with the largest
equity stake in the Chim Sao FPSO project of 49.7% to 57.9%, much higher
than expected. This will raise earnings contribution to Ezra to US$6-7m/
year once operational from FY12 onwards.

• Ezra emerges as largest shareholder of Chim Sao FPSO.

• Large cash horde favours more acquisitions.

• Raised earnings for FY10 by 11% to account for
disposal gains from sale of Lewek Emas

• Upgrade Ezra to BUY on attractive valuations, TP
adjusted marginally lower to S$2.75, upside of 28%.

Keppel had just announced today that it had clinched specialised shipbuilding contracts worth S$140 million. This positive news should bring it to higher price, crossing $9.50 soon.
