This is the SALE INDUCTION TACTIC to accumulate shares at the lower price which is the BUY QUEUE PRICE.

The one who SELLs the 2 lots is the same person who is already in the BUY QUEUE waiting to accumulate the shares at the BUY QUEUE PRICE.

WHEN the Accumulation has reached the TARGET VOLUME, share price will be PUSHED UP using the BUY INDUCTION TACTIC which the REVERSE of SALE INDUCTION TACTIC.

This is usually done by Funds or Syndicates or Syndicated Funds.

Wonder why everytime when its looking like going up..............there will be 2 lots selling lower down to push the price down. Then others will join this .........then it fall back down when its rising..like ppl press the price down for soem reason. very very obvious.

Some invisible hands at work. For some reason.

Maybe  push the price down to buy cheaper in big bulk.............result coming and its expected to be  good.

They do BOTH things at the SAME TIME.

For example, the BUY QUEUE is S$0.155.   SELL QUEUE is S$0.160.

Their Objective is to accumulate the shares at the lower PRICE which is S$0.155.

But NO ONE is selling at S$0.155.

They already QUEUED to BUY at S$0.155 WAITING for weak-hearted sellers who are in the S$0.160 to CHANGE their mind to SELL at lower price S$0.155.  As well as those who did not intend to sell and are not even in the SELL QUEUE S$0.160.

They themselves JUMP OVER the S$0.160 SELL QUEUE by SELLING in very small quantities like 1 lot, 3 lots, 5 lots, 7 lots repetively UNTILL some prospective SELLERS become so NERVOUS that they decided to immediate THROW OUT all their shares to the BUY QUEUE at S$0.155 and some even SELL at any price to the BUY QUEUE.

This tactic works very WELL especially WHEN there is PANIC on a down day.

That is HOW those Funds Traders BOUGHT UP Genting Sp at S$0.900, which was S$0.050 below the Bond Conversion Price.

That means the Bond-converted shareholders SOLD Genting Sp at a LOSS due to Mental Breakdown during their PANIC SPELL.

Such INDUCTION Tactic is REPEATED again and again all over the markets to CAPITALISE on the PANIC SPELL of Psychologically Weak shareholders, even traders.

That is WHY the majority of traders are LOSERS.

The MENTAL ATTACKS is within Minutes and even within SECONDS in a SWIFT TURN leaving the targeted losers with NO TIME to THINK or CONSULT but JUST SELL and SELL and SELL.

PRICE INDUCTION is a very simple Tactic.

When someone wants to accumulate at S$0.155 but there is NO SELLER,

just start SELLING 1 lot, 3 lots, 5 lots, 7 lots, repetitively and

those psychologically weak and UNsure withOUT an INvestment plan will follow SUIT.

Also, the Day Traders will have the tendency to follow too.

The SELL INDUCTION TACTIC allows the BUYER to save S$0.005 for every share BOUGHT.

If 1,000,000 shares (= 1,000 lots) are INDUCED, the BUYER saved S$5,000.

That is an Excellent Reward for just few hours of work by the computer program.

TODAY, someone is TRYING to INDUCE an ABORPTION.

Selling 1 lot, 3 lots, 4 lots, 7 lots many times repetitively.

Very  iNTERESTiNG

The same people are probably QUEUEiNG in the BUY QUEUE at lower PRICES

In every phase of an economic renewal, the CORE must be DE-cored.

In its first phase, the CORE natives were DE-cored.

In the coming second phase, the settled CORE will be DE-cored.

So, new immigrants will form a NEW CORE.

Looking at the PSLE Chinese syllabus, Primary 6 textbook is reduced from 28 chapters to 13 chapters.

Chinese is NOT important anymore even for the Chinese.

NOT every Singaporean underSTANDs Chinese.

NOT even every Chinese underSTANDs Chinese.

Chinese was important because they were the cheap immigrant labour.

"Chinmor", Angmor" and "Singmor" will be the NEW CORE from the cheaper foreign labour.

New CORE will focus on English rather than Chinese.

TOMORROW will be UNlike Today and definitely NO WAY to be like yesterday.

yesterday will be DEAD very SOON and so will be Today when TOMORROW arrives.

If Singapore popluation hit 15 mils, i think our governemnt will knock down all hdb and stack up all containers then start selling......

Frankly speaking, i dont feel i am proud to be a singaporean (even in my own country) anymore.

Bringing in FT to mate is not the solution in long term as slowly our this small island will lose their core.

Our government is seeking yet again an easy way out!!!!!!!!!!

SGX & CDP are hopeless.

Shareholders should receive the CDP Statement at least one day before (yesterday) the Rights Shares are trading today.

Nowadays, Singapore seems UNable to make DELIVERY like BEFORE.

E.g. SingPost is NOT collecting letters now on Saturdays.

YingLi is UNpolished GEMS.

Chong Qing will be the NEXT Fastest Growing Financial Centre in China.

blackstreams      ( Date: 23-Feb-2010 01:02) Posted:

Hi. I don't really subscribe to the "cut loss" school of thought as I try to view my purchases as investments. Assuming you're not looking to average down, due to the prevalent market sentiment and heavy sum you invested, I thought I'd take a quick look at Yingli's values.

PE: 10.7, PB: 1.2, NAV: S$0.365. Assets: RMB2332m. Liabilities: RMB856m.

Aug08- Yingli issued 107m shares to raise funds for developmt of Int'l Financial Centre (IFC). Sep09- Yingli acquired land in prime Yuzhong district for RMB851.6m for developmt of high-end project.OCBC subscribed for its allotment of 20m shares in Yingli. Nov09- Company secured RMB50m from OCBC and RMB450m from Construction bank of China. Raised further S$154m from share private placement at $0.61 each. Jan10- Plans to develop acquired land in Yuzhong district announced. 2 further land acquisitions targetted.

Current revenue growth is driven by existing sales at completed Future Int'l and Sanyawan projects. Results expected to surge on completion of IFC in 1H11.

In uncertain times, I prefer to use PB as a gauge for investment (read Teh Hooi Ling's "Show Me the Money" for elaboration) and comparing Yingli to Yanlord and Capitaland, it's mkt cap is the smallest but its PB ratio is the best of the lot.

Don't read too much into the target prices that analysts come up with, it's an enigma to me how they come up with their valuations sometimes, but it's a good feeling to see share prices climb after a good target price is announced. :)

The company has heavy hitters as shareholders (OCBC etc) and revenue streams for this year (Future Int'l/ Sanyawan), next year (IFC) and the year after (Yuzhong) are more or less settled. In other words, I think it's is a relatively safe S-Chip whose prices are pressed down due to the current Chinese Govt measures to prevent a property bubble, which is good for the company. Nothing could be worse for the company than if a property bubble in China formed and burst.

Of course, all these are subject to the bane of some of the S-Chips that have run into difficulties - dubious accounting practices - and we hope their auditors,Foo Kon Tan Grant Thornton, does a decent job. Either way, examine their upcoming account sheets like a hawk (go to "investopedia" for lessons in how to read balance sheets if you're unsure).

I'd suggest holding the shares for the moment and to me, hitting the 0.60-0.70 range is not a problem for this company, once sentiment turns. Hope I don't sound condescending, just my views. Cheers.

I am not an analyst...you have to take it with a pinch of salt......

Three fundamental factors:

1) Wide customers base

2) New customers interest

3) Good profit margin

Three correlation factors:

1) Strengthening of Oil price

2) Weakening of US $

3) Strengthening of Gold price

Genting SP is like a Sweet Young Thing [SYT] whom every man wants to IN.

But every man who wants to IN a SYT is at the SAME time FEARING that he canNOT TAHANG LONG LONG LONG.

And will KINA the GREEN GREEN GREEN CAP to become like a TURTLE or TORTISE.

For those who have the SYT FEAR need to substitute it with Sour Old Thing [SOT].

That is LIVE.

A recent article wrote, "HAPPY in an UNhappy State"

HAPPY to admire the SYT and yet UNhappy to own it due to SYT FEAR.

With SOT, it is "UNhappy in a HAPPY State" instead.

That is LIVE, AGAIN.

It is also IMpossible to be "HAPPY in a HAPPY State"
