Did  YANGZIJIANG  make  the  full payment already ?

I  thought  YANGZIJIANG  

need  to  place  shares  to  Middle East  Partner  first ?

If  YANGZIJIAN had paid  the money  in  full,

 Baker  Tech  can  announce  the  share  transfer.

Yangzijiang had paid 4X more and the deal were signed.


Singaporeans had benefitted.

Rig building is not rocket science, just some experience to make it better, if not PPL Yangzijiang will obtain rig design and building capability sooner or later. China is mighty, build missile, build rocket to moon,  build its own planes, build it own ships in quarter the time, the west need to learn and Had BUILD the Great Wall of China more than 2000 years ago.

If the giant is coming in, as well join venture with them to take on the world NOT AGAINST. This is business.
 
 

Sembcorp Marine's offer for 15% stake in PPL Shipyard rebuffed

SINGAPORE: Sembcorp Marine's offer to buy the remaining shares of a shipyard that it does not already own has been rebuffed.

On Thursday, it offered some S$59.4 million for the 15 per cent stake in PPL Shipyard that it does not own.

It made the offer to PPL Holdings, which holds the 15 per cent share in PPL Shipyard.

Sembcorp Marine owns 85 per cent of PPL Shipyard and has claimed the pre-emption rights to buy the remaining shares.

However, PPL Holdings has rejected the payment as its parent, Baker Tech, had signed a deal to sell PPL Holdings to Chinese shipbuilder Yangzijiang.

Sembcorp Marine said it will take the necessary steps to enforce its rights and will provide the update when required.

Before  Tuesday, 27 APRIL 2010,  all analysts and the whole market were anticipating  Genting Sp's  FINAL DEFEAT  when clock read 3:18pm.

Even in that morning, after Genting SP COO made his FEARLESS  AGM presentation on  Genting SP's  fUtURe, shareholders  were  nOt  tOtally cOnvinced.   Genting SP  revenue and profit will continue to grow at least until all facilities  are  fully completed and operating  by end 2011.

From  now on, Genting SP's  BRIGHT  FUTURE  can  only go  ONE  WAY:
