My recent encounter with poems. Notice that the mkt is weak,quickly keyed
in to withdraw my purchase. "Pending withdrawal" status take quite sometime.
Subsequently purchase at a high price whereby deprive me the chance of buying lower.
If the deal is not done yet and I can prove that the broking hse "pending withdrawal"
take more time than necessary whereby there are sufficiently time for them to withdraw
my purchase, can I seek redress.
they are all trained to reply in the typical style....equator, then no choice loh...L L got to use them....i also use them...then u got to write till very pathetic, say u oversea, can only turn to them for trading...bla bla...write till the big boss read liao will cry...maybe that will help

my friend also complained that everytime he use poems to buy, next thing the share drop...then when he let go, the shares go up....he suspect whtr purposely...haha
I like your idea...scully the Big Boss (BB) terminate my account how ? to be honest they are the only ones I can use cos I'm living outside sg

aiyah...even if they dare to post reply here, their usual comments will be: due to the sudden surge in trading, there was a technical glitz...bla bla bla...however, our technical department are following up on it....bla bla bla...we take very serious view of it...bla bla bla......we take our clients very seriously...bla bla bla....
All their systems including accounting sucks! I quit already. Cannot afford to lose further. Other brokers I made but don't know why via poems lost too much even tho making money in this market so easy!
As mentioned by AK Francis, open another 1 or 2 online broking hse as backup option.

write in to their big boss, c c to CASE and the media.make a big fuss.....then they will be scared
Is it possible to get a refund from them for this error? Even had to call my trading rep to undo my positions taken up unwittingly. Extra charges there as well.
Btw, which trading platform do you prefer other then poem?
Big doesn"t means that u can afford to lose clients.Look at the hugh financial
institutions and corporations around the world.. No one can imagine that they can go
bankrupt until it happen.
their new historical chart sucks too...i still prefer the old ones...more userfriendly....why they like to make things more complicated?
...then how ? all the big fat bosses laughing their way to the bank while we all suffer losses becos of their unreliable / incapable trading platform ....

they are too big to boycott lah...even if u cancel them, they still got so many clients...unless hundreds of clients withdraw then only they will wake up
They have been having such problems couple of years back!. Seems like they taking clients for granted. High time we boycott them.

Pending withdrawal for 2 hours already???If the deal is not done, it should withdrawal immediately.What are the IT guys doing in POEMS????What a lousy system.. Better wake up before the bread is gone.
My buy is done. But my sell is still pending! Hope the price doesn't go down! Really lousy!
