Generally speaking.....a deal is a deal lor.....only buyer has the exit clause.
Should the buyer offer a higher price, those previously accepted the offer before the revised bid SHOULD get it lor....but again, you should read up your thick manual.....there is no absolute standards of practice to it....
Anyway, on the delay...they are just trying to be technically and legally correct.....absolutely correct...
We are talking about 89.5% right ??
with the recent pressure from the minority shareholders on the proposed privatisation of this stock..what would happen to those who have already accept the offer to sell but stock still not sold yet? any shifu to advise?
