If it happen to float back lower then it lowest of 0.97c,  then prepare to buy one (1) lot to get better return yield.

Investors seems not to like this type of reit...............

Best type of reit is every legal business can be done ..............including interest bearing, etc

Why tie your business down ................?  U then tie your profits down ..................!!!!!
