hmms.. need some enlightenment.. haha.. with the 50 to 1 merge.. and with an issuance of nearly 50% of shares for the purcahse of nam cheong, what is the expected merged price?.. $0.20 ?.. wouldn't it be good to collect only at 0.005 in this case? |

Eagle Brand Holdings Ltd announced that, on 22 March 2011, the Company has received the in-principle approval from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited for the listing and quotation of up to 1,911,402,415 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to be issued. The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited also approved the allotment and issuance of up to 4,000,000 new ordinary shares (after share consolidation) in the capital of the Company to be issued to the vendors in the event the net cash position of the Company is less than RMB 5 million (or the equivalent in Singapore Dollars) upon completion. |

Think they must keep share price at 1cts to 1.5cts for another couple of days ...or wait til money dished out from escrow account in ocbc then they will issue the shares to RTO nam cheong dockyard................anxiously waiting for this deal to unfold....see how this RTO works......hehehe......nows day still got a lot of RTO ....in the market leh...... | ||||

lazy to type liao..copy and paste......hehheeheh They buy 30 to 50 million share at 1cts....then effectivetly increase all those shares issued to them for 1/2 cts to 1 cts....100% increase...would you want this kind of profit?...they are issued with 94 billion shares......if consolidate at 20 to 1....let say the price is maintain at 1 cts( min listing price20cts)....become approx 4.7 billion shares at 20cts or 1.9billion at 25cts.( consolidate at 50 to 1.issued at 1/2cts)..which one got better chance of sell down more, if after listing they is a sell down.......( the higher the consolidation ..loss more rite).....more over even before listing the shares issued to them is oredi 300% of their valuation....wah ! now can you imagine how money is make ....faster than printing machine can print....hehehe...by pushing the share price to 1 cts...infact it just increase the valuation by another 100%....so if it is consolidate at 20 to 1 the company would have increase from it valuation by 600%...............so ask yourself again ...why would anyone buy at 1cts if not for the above......above all just my personnel view only hor.. |

read from SGX!...basically company not doing business anymore....distribute back the share capital of 7.85cts per share..than going to do a RTO to buy over another business...issue approx 94 billion new shares to buy over target company.....than consolidate 50 share into 1 share ...so share can trade in accordance with listing rule.............

i read liao but dun understand. It this share offering dividend payout of 7cents per share. Reaffirm if counter is call Eagle holdings limited, i was wanting to find more info about this counter but cant :( Can you please enlighten me..
