x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Van der Horst Energy Limited announced that the Company has through a series of open market and married deals between 29th December 2010 to 7th January 2011 disposed in aggregate of 37.15 million ordinary shares, representing approximately 6.74% of the issued share capital of Viking Offshore and Marine Limited. As a result of the Disposal, the Company now holds an aggregate of 6.85 million ordinary shares in Viking, which represents 1.24% of the issued share capital of Viking. The total consideration received by the Company for the Disposal is approximately S$7.43 million and was arrived at on a willing-buyer and willing-seller basis taking into account, inter alia, the current quoted market price of Viking shares. The total consideration was received in cash. As at 10 January 2011, the market value of the 37.15 million ordinary shares of Viking is approximately S$7.80 million. The Board views the Disposal as a viable decision to realise profits based on current market conditions.
