However, u can ask your agent to table out d weaknesses on old hse, for your ref.

Anyway, welcome to TW, a nice place to live. So far no major criminal issue. Best plenty makan outlets, temple, morsque, church, polyclinic within range for me when old.Hence, those r d reasons why I reluctant to shift to BP. Cheers.

AK 26 yrs old hse, cracking walls here n there, chialat ah. Regretted, to forgo my new hse at Bkt Panjang in 2002, which got bomb shelter compartment one. Worst forgo another 1500 deposit.
