TP180 Guocoland first to make the pile ! Huat Arh

GLH, a subsidiary of Singapore-listed GuocoLeisure Group, has launched a new luxury hotel and private residences brand dubbed Clermont. 

This will see the opening of three developments in Singapore, Malaysia and London in the next few years.   

Clermont Singapore will form part of Tanjong Pagar Centre, Singapore?s tallest building at 290 metres. The 1.7 million sq ft mixed-use project is expected to open in 2016 and will include a hotel and 200 luxury residential apartments, linked to Tanjong Pagar MRT station. 

In Malaysia, Clermont Kuala Lumpur will be situated within Damansara City on a prime freehold site in Damansara Heights, part of a mixed development to open in 2016.

Meanwhile, the 5-star Royal Horseguards hotel will become Clermont London in 2014, after comprehensive renovation.
