Master techsys : ) with due respect and humility.... actually , i am not following ur 'prescriptions' .. due to real life 'challenges' .. need time to digest ur strategies .. honestly , i feel that ur notes are a bit too 'advanced' for novice like me ... in the Journal/GBPUSD ... i am following a set of indicators and see if they show up in any of the time-frames .. if it does, then i look at the next 2 larger time-frame and come to a conclusion ... next i look for the nearest support, (as u have stated in one of ur earlier posts to my journal...) never take a loss of more than 30 pips .. with potential of more than 20 pips ... if the time frame is short eg 15min or 30 min and i have to be online for the next hour or so .. will monitor the action ...and if things turn otherwise just cut loss ... hence the results u see in the journal ... ..sigh .... still have along way to go ... still learning , watching , observing ... open to suggestions and corrections .. yours most humbly ... *grin from ear to ear* |

hi singaporegal, since next Sunday 11/5 is Mother's day, why not celebrate this weekend instead of next week. This way, you have the whole week to thing of what you want to do next week. Just a suggestion. Cheers!

oops , table didn't come either from photobucket... had trouble uploading to freeimagehosting ... therefore went to photobucket to upload and inserted the table ...alas .. didn't turn out .. anyway did gbpusd at about 10.30pm .. 1.9722 to 1.9760 for 38pips .. paper trade ,of course ... hahaha ! have a great weekend good people ... : ) |

Since we are energy consumer, we can say everything is driven by petroleum. I'm agree too. For country with low fossil fuel consumption, their economy is better. Please do comparison to some europe-based country. If all capitalism have a little bit compasionate, the world won't be suffering today ... the law or greed and fear. US is the biggest consumer of OIL, they will always seeking new oil pool and keep their stockpile abundant. Btw, do you ever read about what Fossil Oil actually is? Scary tough ... once if all crude oil has been pumped out to the surface .. that is what will be called NEMESIS ....

Hi Techsys, I see that the main problem is still petroleum, its price will reach at optima level that is profitable for bio-fuel, thus a lot of land will be alloted for such agricultural products (of course urbanisation also contribute to this). This will cause a drop in production of food, etc. However, I agree with you that US currency is also a contributing factor, its also a hidden reason why USA attacked Iraq as Saddam tried to sell his oil in other currency thereby reducing US supremacy in world economy (may lead to many other products moving away from using US currency). Now is the time to move away from US currency as their economic is in a mess, otherwise we are still under their mercy in the future. Is the world paying for their problem ? |

Hi SporeGuy, The problem of price hiking is true, driven by Oil Price. But if we want to dig a little bit deeper, it's not exactly by the Oil. The main problem is the support to US Dollar. Oil stock currently is still in the good level. It means we have no problem with oil stockpile. The weakening of dollar makes all price on the world fluctuating. It is because US Dollar is used to be Refference Currency for all international transaction. During this period, more people invest money outside America, drops support to this currency. The other issue is US now on the war that is suppressing part of their budget. You can see the different between Geoge W. Bush leadership and Bill Clinton in the past. The way they bring America are very different, just like consumer and producer. Petroleum is not a problem right now. I think we have invented a lot of alternative fuel right now, and we can see, we are starting to implement oil independency (examp. CNG). We are suffering from oil price hikes is not because of oil stock pile, it's because the drop of US dollar. You can see the different when USD gets stable.

If there is going a Third World War, it must be due to Petroleum. All the increases in the food chain are primary due to the increase i nthe price of petroleum, of course the food production is also at the mercy of the weather. Food production is neglected in the Philipines. Thailand's agricultural product is one of the best and forward-looking in SEA. Malaysia was once strong in agriculture, but Mahathir was more interested to built concrete monuments to show the world than to strenghten the agricultural sectors. See the fruits from Thailand compared with Malaysia. | ||

No need to go fancy restaurant. Go shop for grocery at supermarket and cook a meal that ensemble those at restaurant, decorate the plate...etc. At the same time, have a great time with the whole family involved in the cooking process. Save money, better relationship with quality time. Light a candle if you wish! | ||

Hi CathyImg, however, market is not so simple. There are some elements that make us suffer with our living cost. Everything comes from our greed and the poor knowledge about what economic is about. Most employers and CEOs know only about how to generate good income, keep reputation, doubling company profit. What they do is actually pressing market and killing or push people become part of their money engine. For example, Nokia ... how many of you change your handset more than one a year? Have you think about why do you need to change it? The advertising from Nokia is altering your mind about how important life style. And you are being persuaded that how to be an up to date in mobilephone is really important. Even you don;t need it you buy it, just because you want to have a state-to-the-art life style. I'm not saying it's wrong or right .. just digest it ... and think what you should have best
