PPlp selling their rights...so if u buy it now..later u have to pay 0.64 to subscribe the rights.

Yr cost will be 0.22(the price of the rights) + 0.64 (to subscribe the rights) = 0.86

Actually this morning was hesitating as whether to cut loss @ 88cts or not, but was abit slow and price suddenly drop fast all the way to 86, really got no luck.
