Look at the trading arrange, I believed that BBs are accumulating at 26.5 or 27cents. Look like it will not fall further.......Just wait for BBs to jump in to push up the price back to 52cents.........vested $$m |

Singapore's United Fiber target price raised to 0.52 sgd - DMGSINGAPORE (XFN-ASIA) - DMG & Partners said it has lifted its target price for United Fiber System (UFS) to 0.52 sgd per share from 0.44 sgd previously after the company recently started commercial production at its wood chip mill. "Completion of the wood chip mill is an important development for UFS' pulp business, as it provides the group with cash flow to fully plant its forest concession without turning to the capital market," DMG said. DMG estimates that the wood chip mill, which has an annual production capacity of 700,000 bone-dry tons of wood, can generate some 95 mln usd in revenue every year, assuming average utilization of 90 pct. EBITDA margin from the mill is estimated to be about 30 pct, it added. UFS' net profit is expected to rise to 8.4 mln usd this year from 2.5 mln usd last year on the back of robust contributions from its construction business and maiden contributions from its wood chip mill, DMG said. Next year, DMG expects UFS' net profit to rise further to 27.9 mln usd. |
