Shareholder dilution but overall there is added good quality assets and profitability. JWMS will be the key to capture Asia and many 3rd world markets. All the analysts applauded it as a good strategic move. I think it is a good move by BIG also. The potential of JW is very huge. Wait until BIG do the part 2 to unlock JW's value then you will see why JW deal is a very good move for BIG. Future takeover buyer will also lao chwee nuah over BIG with JW in BIG's hand. Immediate direct access to new markets that is experiencing exponential new DES demand. Not an inducement to buy. Buy at your own risk. There could be short term volatility
