Ha ha, different contract statement liao. Need to deal with d transaction separately with diff broking hse. On the otherhand,if did it unknowingly, then settle both transaction loh n learn a good lesson mah. Cheers.

Sorry, AK never encountered b4, call your broker immediately, d broking hse will make nec arrangement to make a "Buy In" for u, and likely waiver of d so-called fine of $1000 or 5% of d traded stock amount, whichever amount is lower. Be safe, verify with your broker first, before u do d shorting later. If u hv few broking hse, verify with your respective broker in each broking hse as well. Getting few broking hse is to increase your overall trading limit, either Buy or Sell limit loh. On the otherhand, if the broker is your good frd as well, then he can raise your House trading limit, as being as a gaurantor n making some back door arrangement.
