if dow still cannot stay at 9900 after J&J and Intel results tonight, it shoots all the way 10000k when Goldman Saach and Google announce their results on Thurs/Fri.. |

Stock rise with thin vol are bearish indicator as any pull back will be very sharp.... touch wood next week if US bank report disappoint earning by than we have to go for free fall again. Now we are at the gambling junction 50/50. |

Hi cheongwee. S&P bearish wedge, look at the apex carefully. Where is it converging? Highs of Oct 07 and May 08 may provide us a clue.

i am refering to S&P..1075... i see penny and mid cap much much higher in Nov.. I would not be surprise next GDP out is +ve..stock will rocket to the moon. a weak dollar is actually a blessing..help US to sell more.. |

It is forming a bearish wedge toward 1075...this happen when trading range shrinks as stock head higher.. normally , this type of pattern preceded SHARP moves downward.. but the vol and funmental wise are all soild...and LEI is ever solid..so the moves downward are not supported fundamentally for now..unless sudden big bad news so if not big move down, then it got to be big move UP!!!! P.S. from what i read, this bearish wedge is true 70% of the time only.. but this time it is the 30% ..becos all data are solid...mid term bullish...next week look good.. |
