Normally it takes one year to 18mths before market cool off or find its problem solve through some policy intervention. So the earliest is next 2Q-3Q before realbuying begins. The chart is simply showing the worst is yet to be. By Sep, 75cents should be within reach if the selling continues. Simply buy when it comes below 80cents. This one will hit $5 ten year later.
