Tomorrow EGM got a good show coming up. I wonder if Chris Clavert(ex CEO of MIREIT, CEO of CIT) will turn up.

As for the recapitalisation plan, it is good for many investors who bought at a price of between 0.20 to 0.40. It is early christmas for all.

Now as for CIT, they have their own recap problems next year. So it is interesting for them to raise the necessary funds for recap and bring down its gearing. I suspect they will do another rights issue as it is easier to raise funds through this mean.

CITM has no financial arrangement for MI-REIT!!!!  Purely talks, they have no plan as to how they are going to do the 'rescue'.  And to know that they DO KNOW its also a conflict of interest if they are to be the manager for MI-REIT.  The rush/urgency in which they have created made a false sense of this whole saga, 'poking' at the unitholders and merely want them to vote against the MI-REIT as.  Do you feel this way?

I sense this is also a 'selfish motive or move' by CITM rather than for the major considration for the unitholders. Whether 'destructive values' to the current value due to the 28cts issued rights or, my guess is that they prob have bought their 10% avg at high price.  If 10% of their holdings and couple of trading halts can turn the tide, this will be a joke.  Perhaps MI-REITS should reconsider the value of the issue rights

If you bought it at high price mebbie 80 cts to a dollar in the early years, you would be against it too but if you got it 20 - 40 cts during mar to now this year, the issued rights is really attractive for short term gain.... : )

 Alert Admin 		Existing investors got ripped off by the unit manager (Australian) - SGX regulators still sleeping, this 1 is day-light robbery. Very dishonest management 'cos this placement to selected outsiders at <one-third NAV = 28c is paid for in kind via warehouses.  Not vested but waiting to buy on further drop.
