i thought it wont have the strength to break at 0.385 level today but i was wrong. This counter looks promising, slow & steady and it holds pretty well . |

Interested in this counter. But is there method to forcast the consumption rate for all these plants. Any competitors in the vincity area for each cities for the water plant. How the water treatment plants, in what scenario they will be doing a operations loss. Like affect by electricity or fuel etc.. Curious to find out the business model of a typical water treatment, sorry for my ignorance cause i want to know before invest. | ||||

if i'm not wrong NAV will increase by $88m/300m units= increase of 29cents. just a very simplistic way of calculating, need more details to calculate, but one thing for sue, this is gd news. | ||||

does anyone know how to interpret the announcement be it favourable or unfavourable to this counter. what's the worst scenario if it's negative and what would happen to those who still holding their floating losses? |

i think the news is good. price is subtantially lower compared to the first offer of 180million for 9 plants. one for $20million, now HWT got 5 for $88m. and if the utilisation rate not hit, hyflux ave to pay hwt a minimum sum, so thta covers hwt's ass as well. gd news! | ||||

i would suspect a fund was desperate to sell its holdings, hence the sale at 23cents. no worries, strong buying ltr suggests selldown was not broad based. | ||||
